Sometimes we get addicted to games very easily, but after a few months the addiciton should go away because maybe you had completed the game. But sometimes this is not the case. It may take years before an addiction can be stopped, or it can take forever to get off the hook. But I think this is an important year, so I will try doubly hard not to get addicted to any games, although some of the games are very addictive. World of Warcraft(WOW), Maplestory, SilkRoad Online(SRO) and many other games, be it single player or multiplayer or massively multiplayer online role-playing game(MMORPG). MMORPG is very famous and many people get addicted to it. It may be fun, but it can be very harmful to our studies. It can take up most of our times of studying and sometimes it will waste our money. I am currently playing some games now but I am sure I am not addicted to the game yet. I will try not to play those addictive games until the end of secondary four when i have finished the O'Levels examination. Anyway, a very nice game on the top......

Is it very difficult to accept insults? Many may think so, which i do agree with them. Some may just shake off the insult, while others may take it very seriously. It may not be a matter of what you say; but how the person takes the insult. Sometimes, if many people insult a person at a same time, the person may not be able to tolerate. I have an example and it happened in Victoria School. My friends had been insulting one of my other friends, and it always happened. At one time, it was so intolerable for him that his tears were going to burst out. He was fighting back his tears. At this time, all of them knew that they had gone too far and started to console and apologized to him. But he was still stifled his cries and walked silently away. Until when we accidentally met him again that we knew he was calm and was stabilized again. Sigh..., i wish they could stop bullying other people, and I wish i could stop too!

These few days had been bad days for my legs. My legs are in pain; not excruciating, but still quite difficult to walk over these few days. Having some difficulty walking and running but i still had to do 2.4kilometres run. Worst of all, two of my classmates who are also in soccer had this problem but still had to run. Particularly Alex, after about ten kilometres of running, had a hamstring strain on training on Thursday. Another classmate who had the same problem as me was Ryan. We had trouble and difficulty walking, standing up, running etc. Despite the strain both legs, I could still run, but much slower than before. Although with that bit of injury, some of the soccer boys still went to train for one hour on Friday. We're quite enthusiastic, aren't we? With 20 rounds in two days and another 2.4 kilometres run, there is every right for any student to have a strain in the leg. Sigh... the competition is near so we have no choice but to train for most of the days. Luckily my leg has recovered a lot more and now I can walk faster and I have the energy to run too. I can sit and stand more easily and i think i can train better
